I put too much pressure on myself

This blog kind of died when I convinced myself I had to spend any amount of time on the thought I put into the entries. Forget that. From now on...just random thoughts.

The company I work for makes electric meters. Customers are typically billed by their actual usage or by what their peak usage is (called demand billing). I received an email today that there will be several new icons on the display depending on the type of demand being shown. Who picks this shit out?

Maximum Demand: MAX
Cumulative Demand: CUM
Continuous Demand: CONT.CUM
Maximum Cumulative Demand: MAX CUM
