Small Town Marketing

I recently took a trip with a friend of mine to the western UP area of Michigan. On our way there I saw this sign passing through downtown Staples, MN. I wasn't quite sure if I had read it correctly. Fortunately on the way back, we snapped a picture of it with a cell phone.

I realize that a lot of small towns in America are fighting a growing problem with Meth use and manufacturing. This has to be the first small town in America to actually use it in an advertising campaign...
